London, September 29, 2008 – T-mobile, a worldwide provider of mobile telecommunications, has selected Efficient IP for her European IP Address Management. The delivery, complete integration and support in various European countries will be handled by Infradata.

T-mobile is a 100% subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom and they offer, through their own communication networks in the United States and 11 European countries, products and services for both consumer and business customers. For T-mobile, the Data and IP services are a fast growing part of their business. In order to deliver services with good quality, a modern network as well as solid applications have to be in place. Therefore T-mobile has chosen Efficient IP for the IP administration across Europe.

The unique features of EfficientIP and the expert level of the system & software engineers made the difference. Functionality on DNS and DHCP integration, automated RIPE updates, delegation of users, IP and Mac locators and migration towards IPv6 is available and ready to implement. The extensive feature-set could be misleading for this easy-to-use software. The burden of administration can be transferred from Senior Network Engineers to administrative staff. The way Efficient IP’s IPManager software is designed, they can do the job effective and without mistakes. This is crucial to prevent IP related interruptions in the network.

By this international approach and scale, T-mobile leads the way in managing their IP policies on a European level.

“We are very satisfied with the choice by T-mobile. It emphasizes the confidence in and the ambition of Infradata in Europe. The quality T-mobile is demanding, fits the levels Infradata is keen on offering in their projects,” says Leon de Keijzer, Managing Director of Infradata. “The fast growth of our company is only possible with the right, skilled staff. Our corporate culture and customers like T-mobile make is possible to attract this staff.”
